Do you have sizes available not listed on your website?

Yes! Many additional sizes are not listed. There are many sizes that are just not in high demand so it does not make sense to have them sitting on the shelf and have the adhesive deteriorate. Call, e-mail or fax us your requirements and we will check our entire cutting die inventory to see if we have a size that will work. If we do not have your size we will let you know our closest size. If it will not work, we can design a sheet for a new die. New cutting dies can be expensive for the customer so we try very hard to find you an existing die first.

I can't find what I'm looking for?

Please call, fax or e-mail your specification and we will be happy to help in person. We are on the west coast so be aware of possible time zone differences. We have over 200 stock dies avail-able for our stock items and we can always manufacture a new die just for your project. Talk to us; we look forward to working on a project with you.

How long does it take for my order?

We try to ship same day or next day (if order received before noon Pacific Coast Time). We have stocking warehouses in five locations throughout the US. (Chicago area, New Jersey, Atlanta, Houston and Los Angeles.) If your order is out of stock or a nonstock item it usually takes three to four days for production plus UPS delivery. We will contact you with an estimated time for shipment so that you are aware of any delays. If you have a new cutting die being manufactured for your order that could add approx. one week, but we would let you know when you place the order.

Can I get a sample of your stock items to approve first before I place an order?

Yes. On any of our over 200 stock items we can usually ship a sample sheet to you the same day you request it. We like to send a sample first to make sure what we send and what you want are very similar. Like you, we want the first (and every) order to be right. If you want a custom size, we will send you a sample of the paper weight, paper color, and "die line" showing shape needed. We make every effort to make sure we understand your requirements.

Can you set my company up on a 30-day billing instead of credit card?

We can bill you for your orders after a credit application is completed and your references are checked by our accounting department. This usually takes one to two weeks depending on the response from your references.

Can I get various colored paper or do I have to use white?

Card stock - Yes! There are a variety of colors available. Labels we can color tint most Pantone ink colors on our stock white sheets and can print on the sheets a color of your choice. So you can tint the paper or print the paper in any Pantone color.

Do you have water resistant paper?

Yes we do. We have vinyl, latex and other papers designed for special applications. They can be white or tinted a Pantone color. Remember that our papers may be water resistant but the printing inks from your laser and inkjet may not, so you would need a sample to test.

Do you have a minimum quantity for your custom sizes and printed items?

Yes, we require a least 250 sheets to print your order or run a custom order. There are price breaks at 250, 500, 1000 and up. Our stock sizes come in boxes of 100 or 250 sheets and some in 1,000 mega packs.

Can I print your sheets with my inkjet or laser printer?

Yes, most (but not all) of the sheets can be run through your laser or inkjet printer. If there is a restriction on using only the laser or only the inkjet we will let you know.

Can you do larger than 8-1/2 x 11 sheets?

Yes, some items can be cut to 8-1/2 x 14 (legal size) and some even at 11 x 17, just depends on the item. Let us know your needs and we will search our available cutting dies.

Can you split ship an order, part to one address and part to another?

Yes we can, with a split-shipment fee, just let us know when placing the order.

Do I have to have a PO number to place an order?

No you do not, but it does help to keep track of your order, in place of a PO Number we will use verbal "your name".

Can you ship overnight or otherwise rush an order?

We usually ship items out the next day anyway, but Yes we can ship overnight (with charges) on most orders. We can use your UPS or FEDEX account as well. Note that shipments to Hawaii are minimum two days for "overnight".
